The Vasari CDD is a special-purpose local government unit under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, designed to manage and enhance community-wide improvements. As a CDD Vasari is able to set higher construction standards and ensure long-term facility management.

Our venture all started when our son Tim was selling real estate for Taylor Woodrow! in a bundled community called Vasari. In 2001, he drove us up on a sandpile and told us if we were interested, this is where our condo would be. The community was called Trieste. We asked to see a floor plan but he told us it was still in the planning stage. All he said was trust me. Taylor Woodrow is known for building a quality product. He was so right.
That was our introduction to Vasari!!!!
Since then we have lived in Firenze and currently in Bellino on the lake. We have met and made friends with so many wonderful people. Needless to say, we love it here with all it has to offer. We have seen and lived through the many changes within the Vasari Community since we took that leap of faith on that sandpile in 2021!!!!!!!
